This exhibition was Eleanor King’s (Halifax) tribute to the end of summer ’08 by hanging her “bathing suits” up to dry for one final time.  The bathing suits were made by a process of tearing colourful dry acrylic paint off of several paint-roller trays with different textures.

This exhibition was part of ‘Go North’ hosted by Eyelevel Gallery http://www.gonorthhalifax.com/.  Also, this exhibition was the last that 161 co-founder Ryan Park would take part in before he left for ‘The Royal City” Guelph, Ont. to study for his MFA.
